- Fold each piece back and forth to create a fan.
- Staple in the center attaching a length of ribbon to 1. Trim the ends to points.

Glue onto 8x4¾x10½ white shopping bag at the top just below the handle.
Cut a length of bakers twine and write a greeting on the white gift tag.
